Ed Diehl
President

Ed Diehl serves as State Representative for House District 17, representing East Salem through the Majestic Santiam Canyon. Prior to serving in the legislature, he spent his career in business and engineering as far away from government as possible. Ed has Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University. He is a founder and past owner of Concept Systems, a control system integration firm based in Albany serving manufacturing clients around the world. Ed is an instrument rated pilot and flies as often as possible. Ed is a member of St. Bernard Catholic Church in Scio, and is past Grand Knight of the St. Anthony Knights of Columbus Council 2439. Ed lives in Scio with Jamie, his wife of 35 years. They have two children and three grandchildren.
Nick Stark

Nick Stark is the Executive Director of the Oregon Freedom Coalition. Nick was born and raised in Grants Pass. After graduating from Hidden Valley High School in Southern Oregon, Nick earned a Bachelor of Science in Government and a Master of Arts in Public Policy from Liberty University. Nick began his career with the American Legislative Exchange Council in Arlington, Virginia, where he spent most of his three years there serving as the Director of the Task Force on Tax and Fiscal Policy. Nick is based in Grants Pass, where he is an active member of his church and community.

Lincoln Casarez
Turning Point USA
Lincoln Casarez is the High School Field Representative for Turning Point USA’s Cascade Territory. Lincoln was born and raised in Fall Creek, Oregon, and graduated from Pleasant Hill High School. After high school, he moved to Canby, Oregon, where he served as a Program Director and Youth Pastor for Canby Grove Conference Center and JumpIn Northwest Ministries. In 2017, Lincoln returned to Eugene, beginning his coaching career at Sheldon High School before later moving on to Lowell High School. Over the past seven years, he has been a Head Wrestling Coach and served as the Wrestling Chair of the Oregon Athletic Coaches Association. In addition to his work in athletics, Lincoln has been actively involved in education. Alongside his work in schools, Lincoln has also served as a Worship Pastor. In 2021, Lincoln married his wife, Laken, and in 2024, they welcomed their first baby. Since stepping into his role at Turning Point USA, Lincoln has helped establish over a dozen high school chapters, equipping students with the resources to stand for freedom, advocate for free-market principles, and promote civic engagement on their campuses and in their communities.
Representative Darin Harbick
House District 12
Representative Darin Harbick (HD12) is a native Oregonian who was raised along the McKenzie River by parents who instilled Christian values, modeled work ethics, and taught the value of family, friends, and community. He married his high-school sweetheart, Kail, at the age of 20. Together they raised three children and now enjoy five grandchildren. The Harbicks have built, purchased, and founded several businesses in the upper McKenzie Valley. While managing their businesses Darin served fourteen years on the McKenzie School Board, the Lane County Tourism Board, and coached high school and college women’s basketball. Darin’s entrepreneurship career began when he purchased Phil’s Phine Phoods in 1991 and shortly after built Harbick’s Country Store which he owned for 20 years. A decade later he built Takoda’s Restaurant which he sold in 2023 to his daughter, Taya, and her husband, Daniel. In 2024 he sold Harbick’s Inc., a logging and dump truck business to his son Trey. The Harbick’s most rewarding business is their two-faith based residential treatment homes which serves people with mental illness.
Will Lathrop

Will Lathrop is an experienced prosecutor, proven leader, and dedicated public servant. He served as a deputy district attorney for nine years in Marion and Yamhill counties, specializing in prosecuting child sex abuse cases. During his time with Marion County, Will chaired the Sex Offender Protocol Board and served on the Oregon District Attorney Association's legislative committee where he reviewed crime legislation and testified as an expert to various legislative sub-committees. In 2014, Will was recruited by the National District Attorneys Association to provide technical assistance, best practices trainings, and innovative research and literature to district attorneys offices, prosecutors, law enforcement officers, and child protective services across the nation. Will began working with a global human rights organization, International Justice Mission (IJM), in 2015 as an Office Director to lead its Northern Uganda office. In Uganda, he led a multinational team to combat violent raids against widows and orphans after Uganda's 21-year civil war. A sixth-generation Oregonian, Will lives in Newberg with his wife, Arminda, and their son.

Representative Court Boice
House District 1
Representative Court Boice (HD1) is a businessman and outdoorsman representing Coos County, Curry County, and Douglas County. Boice has spent over four decades serving on 30 different boards and committees in Southwest Oregon. Prior to joining the legislature in 2022, he served as a Curry County Commissioner for six years. He also spent eight years serving on the Oregon State Marine Board. Boice is an Oregon Constitutional Christian whose public service is dedicated to shaping our future for the fulfillment of our shared hopes, dreams, and visions. A freedom-fighter and public safety advocate, Boice works to upend decades of policy choices that have disempowered local communities.
Representative Virgle Osborne

Representative Virgle Osborne (HD2) is currently serving his second term representing the communities of Roseburg, Sutherlin, Glide, Elkton, Drain, Yoncalla, and many others. Virgle has deep southern Oregon roots, growing up in a small town in Douglas County. He has dedicated many years of his life to public service, first serving on the Winston Planning Commission in the early 2000s. He also served on the Douglas County Planning Commission and was voted into the Oregon State Parks and Recreation Department’s OHV Oversight Committee and Sub-Grant Committee. Virgle volunteers for the Douglas County Sheriff’s Department Search and Rescue Team and has served as Chairman of the Douglas County Search and Rescue non-profit. In 2019, Virgle created Champagne Creek Ranch, a non-profit that serves our first responders as well as kids and adults who are physically unable to get out and enjoy the outdoors by creating an easily accessible outdoor experience. Outside of public service, Virgle owns and operates a small business that was established in 2014. He also works as a Senior Account Manager at a long-standing business in Roseburg.
Representative E. Werner Reschke
House District 55
Representative E. Werner Reschke (HD55) grew up in Beaverton, Oregon where he graduated from Sunset High School. He graduated from Oregon State University with cum laude honors, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with emphasis on International Business and Marketing, and minors in German and Economics. Reschke married his college sweetheart, Gin, and the two have been married for over 30 years with one son, who serves in the United States Airforce. Before he joined the legislature Reschke was a small business owner. For nearly 20 years, Reschke owned and operated a web development company. Prior to that, he worked in management, marketing, and customer support for three Fortune 500 companies in Portland (Xerox, Tektronix, and Georgia-Pacific). He served for over three years on the Klamath County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. The Reschkes attend Calvary Chapel Church in Klamath Falls.
Representative Alek Skarlatos
House District 4
Representative Alek Skarlatos (HD4) is a former Oregon National Guardsman. He attended both Air Assault School and Sniper School, achieving the rank of Specialist. He completed a nine-month deployment in Afghanistan with the US Army National Guard's 186th Infantry Regiment, 41st Infantry Brigade Combat Team in 2015. Alek, along with four others stopped an armed terrorist on a Paris-bound train travelling from Amsterdam to Paris in August 2015. His heroism earned him several awards and medals around the world including, the United States' Soldier's Medal. After serving with the National Guardsman for 5 years, Alek left military service in November 2017. Upon completing his service, Alek voiced his inspiring experience by authoring 15:17 to Paris: The True Story of A Terrorist, A Train, and Three American Heroes, describing the events that led up to the attack on the train ride to Paris from Amsterdam. Alek later had the privilege of working with legendary director Clint Eastwood on the film 15:17 to Paris portraying the harrowing attack in which Alek starred as himself.
Representative Dwayne Yunker

Representative Dwayne Yunker (HD3) represents Josephine County, which includes Grants Pass and surrounding areas. Dwayne is known for his civic and business leadership in Josephine County as a veteran, a former volunteer member of the Grants Pass City Council, and as a successful real estate entrepreneur. Dwayne’s commitment to public service began when he enlisted in the United States Navy during his junior year at Hidden Valley High School. After the Navy, Dwayne joined the Marine Corps, where he served over 10 years of active duty. He left the Marines to become a full-time father after gaining custody of his eldest son. He then joined the Army National Guard and continued his service, adding another 11 years of active duty. Dwayne’s military career took him around the world and led to the reception of numerous awards and medals. Dwayne’s leadership, strategic planning, and management experience in the military along with his degree in business administration became the foundation for his thriving real estate business. Dwayne and his wife, Gina, a fifth-grade teacher, have four adult children.
