The Leadership Institute Salem GOTV Training covers key components of a successful GOTV operation, including targeting the right voters, organizing volunteers, and implementing coordinated outreach through door-to-door efforts, phone calls, and follow-up communication. Attendees will also learn how to effectively communicate with undecided voters—crafting messages that resonate, build trust, and broaden support in the final stretch of a campaign. In addition, participants will gain insight into how to prioritize efforts in the final days to maximize impact and turnout.
